• Booking and scheduling details for coaching sessions.
• Notes and other content you choose to save or share through the Services.
• The contents of messages you send us by email, chat, messaging apps, or the social media pages we administer.

Information collected automatically.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and basic server logs (for example, the pages requested and the date and time). We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and we do not track your activity across other websites.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Services.
• Create and manage your account and schedule your coaching sessions.
• Store the notes and content you choose to save.
• Respond to your messages and requests.
• Keep the Services secure and prevent misuse.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Cookies and Tracking

We use only strictly necessary cookies — the ones required to keep you logged in and to operate the site. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some features (such as staying logged in) may not work.

Service Providers We Use

We rely on a small number of third-party service providers that process information only on our behalf, under contract, and only to operate the Services:

• Supabase — provides our database, account authentication, and file storage. It stores the account, booking, and notes information you provide.
• Vercel — hosts and delivers the website. It processes limited technical data, such as IP addresses and server logs, needed to serve the site securely.

Our domain name is registered through Porkbun. A domain registrar manages the domain registration itself and does not receive or process the personal information of site visitors.

These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only:

• With the service providers described above, so they can perform services for us.
• When required to comply with a law, legal process, or governmental request.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, the public, or us.
• In connection with a sale or transfer of our business, if that ever occurs.
• With your consent or at your direction — for example, as described in our Health Coaching Agreement.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Payments

We do not collect or process payment or credit card information through the Services. Any fee arrangements are handled separately.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Our service providers store and process information on infrastructure located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States — for example, from the Philippines — your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Messages you send by email or chat may not be secure, so please consider what you share through those channels.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for up to six (6) years afterward, unless we are required to keep it longer to meet legal, tax, or safety obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Children’s and Minors’ Data

Our Services are intended for adults only. They are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request that we delete your information.
• Ask us to stop using your information for a particular purpose.
